Parking & Parkwhiz FAQ
What if I am a patron with need for the 439 Pearl St ADA Accessible Lot at Theatre Place?
Shea’s understands that there are many patrons that have a need for parking that has ADA Accessibility to the theatre. Recent changes in the management of the parking lot at 439 Pearl St have created limited capacity. Because of this and to help ensure equitable access to the lot, it will not be available to reserve for pre-purchase. Patrons with need will still be able to access the handicap accessible lot located at 439 Pearl St. Patrons with an ADA need to park at 439 Pearl St should purchase a season package at either 470 Pearl St or 690 Main St – Please choose the lot you would like to use if the ADA parking lot is at capacity. Patrons will also be able to pay $30 when they arrive if they choose not to pre-purchase parking. Pay2Park will continue to have an attendant available at 439 Pearl St with a list of patrons who have a need for access to allow to park in this lot on a first-come first-served basis. If you have additional questions or need to be added to this list for access, please contact Pay2Park at 716-853-3400 or info@pay2park.net
What if I arrive in a different car than I listed on my reservation?
If you forget to change the license plate through Parkwhiz, please reach out to Pay2Park to resolve your ticket at Pay2Park at 716-853-3400 or info@pay2park.net. They will be able to verify your pre-purchased parking.
What if I change the date of my performance?
Any patron that purchases a parking package and processes an exchange through Shea’s can email Pay2Park to exchange their parking at info@pay2park.com.
Any patron that purchases an individual parking can simply login to their Parkwhiz account, cancel the booking for a full refund and reserve a new parking for their new date.

The show must go on! Whether or not a performance is cancelled (due to weather, medical, or other emergencies) is determined by each show’s production company, who then will ask Shea’s Performing Arts Center to begin reaching out to our patrons and the media as how to proceed regarding any ticket exchanges, refunds, and rescheduling. Our staff will immediately post a notice on our website here at Sheas.org and all social media channels (follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), as well as emailing all ticket buyers with updates – so it’s important to make sure your contact information (name, email, phone, address) are up-to-date with the Box Office when you purchase your tickets!
If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, their customer support representatives will promptly send out a notice and issue any refunds or exchanges once Shea’s Performing Arts Center has confirmed a change in scheduling.
If a driving ban is issued for the city of Buffalo, Shea’s Performing Arts Center will make arrangements as necessary with the show’s production company to accommodate a new performance time and date or to issue refunds.
