The curtain is getting ready to rise on the Shea's stage again...
For your convenience and safety, we’re moving away from paper tickets. Your phone is now your ticket!
We're bringing Buffalo seven new shows from Broadway - plus Hamilton too.
Shea’s Performing Arts Center will be following all of the latest guidelines for performance venues as issued by both the CDC and NYS regarding COVID-19. We’re optimistic with the rollout from the vaccine that we will be able to re-open and operate at full capacity without social distancing by September, however we’ll continue to monitor and adhere to guidance regarding public gatherings, vaccination requirements, protection, sanitation, and ventilation.
We do not envision any changes to the entry/departure process, however this could change based on guidance. We will continue to evaluate any potential changes to the Member’s Lounge, as well as the status of our concession and bars. You will receive information prior to your performances.
In addition to our recently announced transition to mobile ticketing, we are looking to move to digital playbills for the foreseeable future. If playbills are handed out, we will not be collecting for recycling.
As of now, there will be no interactions with the cast, including talkbacks or autograph signings.
We will ask patrons that aren’t feeling well to please stay home. Please contact the Shea’s Box Office at 716-847-0850 to make arrangements regarding your tickets for performances you might miss. We have an EMT on site for every performance – if you are feeling uncomfortable, you can check in at the first aid room by the Pearl Street Entrance. If you feel that you need to leave, please do, and let our Shea’s Box Office know so that we may make appropriate arrangements regarding your ticket.
If you were a subscriber to our 2019-2020 M&T Bank Broadway Series before it was interrupted, fear not – our Restart Season will resume shortly as listed below. We have rescheduled productions of The Band’s Visit, Anastasia, and Escape to Margaritaville, in addition to our special engagement show of Riverdance, as well as our previously announced seven-show season.
– please note that show-times are now at 7:30 PM for Friday Evening performances

– please note that show-times are now at 6:30 PM for Sunday Evening performances
