Tickets for our shows can be purchased either in-person through the Shea’s Box Office (located directly next door on Main Street) or online through Ticketmaster.
Shea’s Buffalo Theatre is located at 646 Main Street, and is also accessible through Theatre Place next door, the Shea’s Box Office, or the Pearl Street entrance.
If you are coming to see a show at one of our other theaters, the Shea’s Smith Theatre entrance is right through the Shea’s Box Office, and Shea’s 710 Theatre is just up the street at 710 Main Street!
There is street parking usually available, as well as privately-owned parking lots. Please read the signs to see where and if you need to pay for parking. If you prefer to take the NFTA-Metro to Shea’s, the nearest train station is one block south at Fountain Plaza.
Don’t forget about getting dinner with your show! The Shea’s Bistro & Bar offers full dinner and lunch service during all the Broadway performances at Shea’s Buffalo Theatre. Enjoy a prix-fixe dinner and our unique show-themed cocktails to make your evening complete. New menus are crafted for each production, using seasonal ingredients.
The Box Office opens 2 hours before, through intermission

We want our patrons to have the full Shea’s experience, from Main Street to your seat! While you are waiting for the show to start, there is so much you can do at Shea’s:
When the theater is not occupied by a show (a “dark day”), Shea’s Buffalo Theatre is often reserved for private events or is already being prepared for the next production! However, that doesn’t mean our doors are closed…aside from our regular Box Office hours, the theater also offers Historic Tours and is available as a venue for rental.
Since we have to work around our busy show schedule, arrangements must be made in advance. Please contact us today to ask about tours or booking a date!
Shea’s Performing Arts Center is centered in downtown Buffalo; surrounded by hotels, restaurants, bars, and local attractions all within a few blocks’ radius (including the NFTA-Metro station at Fountain Plaza). From Canalside to Niagara Falls, there is so much to see and do in Western New York!
