Shea’s could not run without our wonderful team of dedicated volunteers! Our volunteers continue to help us with on-going restoration projects on-site here in this magnificent historic theater as well as assist patrons attending the finest live theatre from Broadway and across the country.
Shea's Performing Arts Center is a nonprofit organization, dedicated to bringing a wide variety of live performance to Western New York audiences and to foster an appreciation of live theatre through educational and community outreach, all while continuing to operate as a National Historic Site.
Shea’s offers college students the opportunity to explore non-performance careers in Administration, Education, Finance, Marketing, Development, and Hospitality. High school students are also invited to pursue an internship in our Restoration department and can earn community service hours where applicable.
