May 20, 2026, at 10:00a.m. at Shea's 710 theatre, we will welcome over 500 students and staff to witness this incredible performance presented by MusicalFare! This OST is recommended for students ages 10-17. You can't stop the beat in this big and bold musical about one girl's inspiring dream to dance and her fight for integration and acceptance. Winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, it's a family-friendly musical, piled bouffant-high with laughter, romance and toe-tapping and tuneful songs.

The On School Time performance of HAIRSPRAY will take place on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Shea’s 710 Theatre. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and seating begins at 9:30 a.m. Tickets are $8.00 per person including teachers and chaperones. Students will eat lunch during intermission as this OST performance has a run time longer than usual. Those interested in expanding this experience can request a residency for your students.

I understand that the On-School Time performance of Hairspray produced by MusicalFare, is scheduled to take place on May 20,2026 at Shea's 710 Theatre at 10:00 a.m. with a run time of approximately two hours and thirty minutes. Doors are scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. and seating will begin at 9:30 a.m. I understand that my group will most likely need to eat lunch during intermission, and that it will be provided by each school/student. Lunch is not provided by Shea's. I understand that transportation to and from the theatre is the responsibility of the school/organization during a regularly scheduled school day.
