Welcome to Shea's Bistro & Bar

The restaurant that is now known as Shea’s Bistro & Bar has a long history of serving delicious food, good drinks, and wonderful times. The building was originally built in 1924 and was occupied by The Huyler’s Company’s tea room. Patrons may better remember Laube’s Old Spain (opened April 1928) and the Swiss Chalet (1984-1996), which were formerly in residence prior to Shea’s Performing Arts Center expanding in 2000. If you take a walk down Curtain Up Alley, you can still see the old painted brick from those early restaurant days!
