Shea’s Buffalo Theatre and Shea’s Smith Theatre

Theatre Opening – the Theatre lobby opens one hour before the performance time indicated on your ticket. Seating begins approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled performance time.

Parking and Entering the Theatre – The following entrances provide the best access with no stairs:

The closest parking is the lot located immediately south of Shea’s on Pearl St. This lot is limited in size however provides easy access to Shea’s by proceeding through Theatre Place to Main St and entering through the Main St entrance located at 646 Main St. Shea’s Smith Theatre is slightly farther up Main St at 660 Main St.

Parking is also available on Washington St along the street and in the M & T Bank lot. A short walk through The Market Arcade Cinema will take you to Main St across from Shea’s main entrance at 646 Main St. Shea’s Smith Theatre is slightly farther up Main St at 660 Main St.

You may also enter through Shea’s ticket Office at 650 Main St just north of the main entrance.

Seating and Special Assistance Needs - Special seating and special assistance needs must be ordered in advance. Please call the Shea’s Ticket Office in advance at 716-847-0850.

PLEASE NOTE: Shea’s is a National Historic Site and does not have an escalator or an elevator. All wheelchair accessible seating is located on the orchestra level. Please plan accordingly when choosing your seating. For our seating chart, please go to www.sheas.org.

Signed Performances - Upon advance request at our ticket office (716-847-0850), there will be signed performances for the hearing impaired at the Wednesday evening performance of the Broadway Series shows. NOTE: the signed peformance for the Addams Family will be Tuesday, December 6.

Seating Holds – Most productions require Shea’s to discontinue seating patrons at the start of the performance. This ‘seating hold’ usually lasts until the conclusion of the opening song. Occasionally there is a similar hold at the start of the second act.
