20 or more tickets to the same performance. Seats can be split into different price levels.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT TERMS
- To guarantee your order, a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice.
- An invoice with payment due dates will be mailed to you.
- Payments may be made over the phone with any major credit card, online through your group account on Shea's website or by mailing a check payable to Shea's Performing Arts Center:

- Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the start of the performance. Subject to change per show.
- Failure to comply with payment schedule (unless noted) will result in the releasing of seats.
- Sorry, no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
TICKETING TERMS
- Tickets are subject to availability.
- Tickets will be issued upon receipt of final payment.
- When possible, please note any odd numbered seating requirements that need to be seated together.
- All dates, times, shows and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Overbooking is strongly encouraged.
- Groups may not reduce their total number of reserved seats by more than 10% of the original order. (Please estimate numbers carefully)
- All Group orders will include a $7.50 handling fee. All individual tickets include a $2.50 restoration fee, which is already included in published prices.
