RADIO CITY ROCKETTES GROUP SALES POLICIES
Due to high demand for tickets, Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes requires the following in terms of payment for group sales orders:
- A minimum of 15 tickets per performance must be purchased. Seats do not need to be in the same price level. All orders are subject to seating availability. The Group Sales Department will provide the best seating locations available at the time of reservation.
- A 25% deposit of the group’s total ticket sale will be due within 30 days of receiving your invoice. All deposits are non-refundable.
- Failure to submit the deposit and final balance by the due dates given will result in the immediate release of all seats on hold. Final payments must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2008. Please contact the Group Sales Department on or before the payment due dates if you are concerned with the status of your payments.
- If cancellation is necessary before a deposit has been paid, there will be no charge. Canceling after a deposit has been paid will result in a forfeit of that deposit.
- If there is less than 30 days between the time of order and actual performance date, full payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order.
- No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Tickets may only be purchased with a single form of payment. You may pay by check, money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover).
- Please check your tickets carefully to verify the number of tickets, seat locations, and performance date/time. To avoid confusion if a group member loses a ticket, we recommend that you keep a record of the names of those in your group and the seat location you have allocated each one.
- Before payment in full is made, groups may reduce their number by no more than 10% of the original order and as long as the number per performance stays above 15.
- If additional seats are requested before final payment has been made, they can be added to the original contract. A group may request additional seats pending the following: A) availability B) the show is still selling group tickets C) the show is still offering a discount to groups.
- The producers of Radio City reserve the right to discontinue accepting group orders or discounts at any time and can request payment in full within 10 days of notification.
In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons:
Shea’s Performing Arts Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to identified ticket brokers and scalpers. We also reserve the right to revoke any tickets sold to identified ticket brokers and scalpers through a full refund at face value. Anyone holding a revoked ticket will not be allowed in the theatre. “Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Shea’s Performing Arts Center. If you purchase from a non-authorized person, you risk purchasing a lost or stolen ticket that is not valid for admittance into Shea’s for the event in question. Shea’s employs scanning technology for admittance to events. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry into the theatre for the event. Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry into the arena for the event in question. Anyone who purchases tickets from a scalper or ticket broker does so at his or her own risk. We urge everyone to purchase tickets at the Shea’s Box Office, online at sheas.org or Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 852-5000 or at authorized Ticketmaster locations including FYE stores.
